Medellín, Colombia has not been talked about enough on this page of mine, and I truly believe that it deserves all the words the world has to offer.
It is a bit overwhelming thinking of how to express the depth of love I feel for the ministry we worked with- Cuidad Refugio (www.ciudadrefugio.org).

It was a place full of dependence on the Lord, sweet celebration of victories won, encouragement for the broken-hearted, hope and truth poured over the poor in spirit, and people who give their lives away everyday.
Last Thursday, November 8, we said our sad goodbyes and headed to Africa!! 3 days of traveling later, we made it to Kigali, Rwanda where we are currently working with Successful Christian Ministries. Our ministry here includes construction, teaching/preaching in church, door-to-door ministry & more. I am so excited for these next few weeks in a totally new culture, environment, and continent.
Our team for this month is a little different from the past 3 months- we are ALL GIRLS! It has been so sweet & fun these past few days and I am excited to be here with each of them!

For now, I am thankful for safe travels, the sweetest 12 hour layover in Madrid, Spain full of exploration, the amazing family we are living with, mosquito nets, dance parties, laughter, the occasional wifi, and so much more.
