Hard stuff happens a lot and I own that first and foremost that it is not easy nor should it be. Today I had the privilege of getting coffee with a friend of mine and we were discussing fundraising and how that is a difficult process to be in.

Over the course of several years I have developed this thought process of the hard is necessary for growth and how you handle it is how you grow. In the last 4ish months I have learned that it is all about having an attitude of positivity and staying true to the process no matter how hard things get. The Lord has pruned this attitude into me throughout my college years and growing this attitude in me to conquer any challenge placed in my path. This is a major point of maturity for me in that I do not get down and upset very easily and I stay true to the process of Fundraising which is extremely hard to do because I just want to be done with it sometimes but I almost think the process is more important than the result because the process is what makes you reliant on God the results are just God affirming the process and reliance on Him and showing His faithfulness to us. The process is what molds us to be more of our true selves in Christ.

“For I see in the mirror dimly but then Face to face, now I know in part, But then I will know fully, even as I am fully known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12. This is a major stepping stone that I described above and I think that the process of being pruned of our sin is incredibly deeply important because it also prunes knowledge and obedience into us for Gods glory and that is why positivity is deeply important. It keeps a level head when things are all wrong it feels the broken and responds with realness. It sees the hurt and responds with hope. It understands what it takes to love others. It takes prayer and emotion working together for the Glory of God.

May you find the Positive side of things and love through the Lord,

Zack
