For the past several years, I have been volunteering on Sunday nights at Awana as a Leader in Training. I enjoy working with younger boys, helping them memorize scripture. I was so encouraged when I read this month’s newsletter. They included an article about me and my World Race trip next year asking for prayer and support. I was deeply moved. I really appreciate the support from my Awana family and feel thankful to the Lord for all the ways He is showing his love for me.
