So let me start by PRAISING that GOD IS SO GOOD!!!!! If you read my last blog about FUNdraising, I went on about the stress of raising so much money and how relying fully on God is so SO important, and y’all, if you look at the bar on my blog home page, you’ll see that God provides!!!!
I started fundraising about a week into January low-key stressin that I wasn’t going to reach my $5,000 goal by June. Well now it’s April and in a short three months I have managed, wait, no, GOD has managed to HELP me raise $11,600!!!!! If any of you have doubted God with anything, I pray that this just shows that God is always present, He’s always listening, and He will always provide!!!!
This past month, I have purchased much of the gear I need for the race and have begun booking and looking into flights and plans for training camp, which is coming up so much faster than I thought! It’s all so crazy and I am so PUMPED to meet all of my squad mates and grow with them in Christ and create life-long friendships with them! September couldn’t get here any faster!! (route2babyletsgo)
