Hey so I have an update! I’m so sorry I haven’t been blogging!! I’m in South Africa in Jeffrey’s bay my team (team Mosaic), Testify, and Sisters are working with another organization called Global. The first month we were doing manual labor at their school with painting, putting flooring down, and anything else they need at the school, GLA. Then we went to debrief in Port Elizabeth and met up with the other 3 teams and our mentor, Jodi, and our coaches, the Duffy’s. We spent a week there getting filled up by our leaders then we went back home. The 3 teams working with Global went to Global weekend. It was at this amazing place (I don’t know the name of it but it was an hour and 30 minutes from where we live). We got to meet a lot of the teachers, and the global team. Global expedition is like the race just in Africa with a different name. And the age group is combined so ages 18 to 32. After the Global Weekend was over, half of us went to camp at UCSA (where team WARP aka: TK is at) I meet amazing people there and got to be a camp leader to a group of 8th graders. There I also had the opportunity to meet amazing friends I will have for life. (I will put pictures) Currently I am with the Global team, and half of our squad getting filled up with the Word and how we can grown for another 3 days. I do believe Africa will be the 3 months where God will tear me open and fix anything that needs to be fixed and will continue to fill me with His Word! In the first two and a half months here I have been filled with more of Jesus. So it’s been a hard 2 and a half months since I’ve been here, but it’s also been a good 2 and a half months being here.
