Hey everyone!
I just wanted to share exciting news with you all:
GOD HAS FULLY FUNDED ME FOR THE WORLD RACE!
I am so humbled by everyone’s generosity and in awe at how God used each and every one of you to provide. I am so grateful to be apart of a community that supports one another so wholeheartedly. Thank you for all of your prayers, donations and encouraging words as I have been preparing for this journey. I hope to show my gratitude for your support through God’s work this next year.
I will be leaving tomorrow to take our youth group on their mission trip to Niagara Falls. We will serve there until August 3, which the youth group will then drop me off and I will fly to Georgia for The World Race. Initially, we were set to go to Haiti, but because of the civil unrest, our leaders have decided to send us to the Dominican Republic. Please continue to pray for Haiti. We will be leaving Atlanta on August 7th and arriving in the Dominican on the 8th where our entire squad will be working with H.O.P.E. Dominican Republic (www.hope4drnow.org). We have a wide variety of ministry work, but mostly working with children’s ministry and running a Vacation Bible School.
Thank you all so much! Please continue to pray for my squad as we prepare to leave our homes, friends and family. Please pray for the communities we will be working with and for God to prepare their hearts for us.
This is my squad that I will be traveling and serving with for the next 11 months! God sure knew what He was doing when He was calling me, but also each one of them at the same time!
