Important Announcement!!

As of February 1st my blog will be password locked again, password is ISQUAD2018  (all caps) just like last time.

As many of you know I am headed to Myanmar for the month of February. What you might not know is that there is an ethnic cleansing happening in Myanmar, which means that for the safety and protection of my ministry partners, my team, and myself, I have to be discreet and conscientious of what I post. My squad and I will be entering the country as humanitarian volunteer workers and our general social media posts will reflect that diction. This is m squad’s second such country and I believe it is our last. Upon exiting the country at the end of the month, I will remove the password protection and my blog will function as it always has. If my blogs or posts touch you in any way, please feel free to continue to share them on social media or with your friends along with the password to my blog (just please share the same mindfulness in your postings about my trip during this time). Note that you will still be able to subscribe (and unsubscribe- but you don’t want to do that *wink wink*) to my blog at this time.

My squad and I will all be using the same password for all of our blogs, for your convenience:

ISQUAD2018 (All caps)

I would love to answer any questions that you have regarding this change, you can always reach out through my email: [email protected]

Please keep my squad and myself in your prayers. There is a lot going on in this country at the moment. Google Myanmar right now and you get an idea pretty quickly. We will be far from any possible conflict in the region for the duration of our stay here, but please join me in praying for this country, different ethnic groups and their disagreements have torn this country apart over the last 20 years or so, but I know that God has not forsaken this place. His spirit is still moving in Myanmar, moving through a persecuted church, a church that is still growing in the face of this persecution.

Thank you so much for supporting me and following my journey. God has done some amazing during our time in Europe and and now in Asia and I’m excited to see all of the things that He has planned for our time in Myanmar! After this, I’ll be heading to South America for the last leg of this missions trip!

Fundraising Update: I am 89.78% funded. God has blessed me time and time again with His grace and provision, and so I have raise $16,250 out of the total required $18,100. Thank you for all of your loving prayers and support over the last 6 months, I couldn’t be here without your faithful support of global missions and the spreading of the gospel!
