One of my favorite things about Gratituesday is looking back on the week and seeing a common theme in the story that God is writing. It shows me all of the ways God is working in my life – big and small. This week, I realized that I was consistently grateful for the people in my life. I’ve known that the Lord loves to bless me through community for a while, and leaving behind everyone that I loved for a year of community with strangers was terrifying.
AND the Lord was good to provide me with equally wonderful people this year – an intense community that loves and empowers and encourages and laughs and cries and sings and dances and serves…and praise Him for wifi, because through that blessed technological advancement, I’m still able to maintain connection with my people back home.
