hello world!

I’ve spent the last 5 days boppin’ around Nelspruit, South Africa with my team and squad! 120 hours jam packed with adventure and rest. My parents blessed me with funds to go on a safari. I’ve consumed a few too many lattes along the way. And have taken full advantage of the hot water and electricity. God has used this time to refresh and renew, as well as
provide time to be still and look back at the past month in Nsoko, Swaziland-seeing how God has moved.

I’m so ready to be back at the carepoint loving those sweet babies and cannot even fathom how hard the goodbyes will be once December roles around.

This life is so beautiful. During times of reflection over the past few days my heart had been so full of thankfulness toward my supporters (you guys!!!). Thank you for helping me get to live this dream and for walking in obedience to the Fatheir! Thank you for the funds that got me here and keep me here. The funds that feed me 2 pb&j’s a day & provide a safe space for my head at night. Out of the $15,800 required to raise i’m at $12,000! That’s means I’m only $3,800 away from being fully funded:) So stoked to see God provide the rest of these funds, y’all!

Tomorrow I head back to Nsoko and won’t have wifi or electricity at the compound for a few more weeks (or maybe months)! But I’ll do my best to update this blog whenever wifi is available:)

all my love,

Madeline
