I am who my Creator says I am and in order to remember what He says, I wrote this identity statement.
This is how He made me !!! So lies and insecurities, you can take a seat. I choose the believe the truth!!
Here is what my Lord says:
I am Lillian Marie Tarantino.
I am adored, handpicked, seen and equipped by the God of the freakin’ universe.
I am His and He is mine.
He reaches out and asks me to dance with Him. He looks down and smiles at me with pride and adoration. He whispers to me “well done”.
He puts the stars in the sky for my amusement.
He delights in my worship.
I have found a father. I am His daughter. He loves me without measure. I am blessed.
He sees me as priceless. No amount of money could buy me back from my sin, so He paid with something much more valuable. A life for mine. His son for this daughter. No sacrifice was too much to redeem me. He would do it all again.
I am like a flower (specifically a lily flower). I am growing and blooming.
He is the gardener and He isn’t finished with me yet.
I am His masterpiece. He pursues me recklessly.
My testimony is a testament to His glory and goodness.
My purpose is to serve Him. I give Him my life because He gave His life first.
I am here to spread love because I have received love because my Father IS love!
I am without shame and condemnation.
He took my shame and brokenness to the grave with Him and LEFT IT THERE.
When He rose, he gave me a robe of purity.
My voice is powerful because the breath of the living God lives inside of me.
I am beautiful inside and out because I am made in His image.
I am in the likeness and He who makes no mistakes and has no flaws.
I am worth the fight.
I am worthy of love.
No sin can separate me.
No lie is too big for my King.
I am worth the pursuit.
I am worthy of forgiveness.

(now that i’m done… i want to encourage everyone to do this. i did this activity at a debrief & letting God speak into my identity was the best thing. i think it is necessary for us to give God the first & final day of who & who’s we are !)
