It’s okay to be broken, and it’s okay to say you’re broken.

It’s okay to slow down and take a break.

It’s okay to stop and breathe.

It’s okay.

You can admit you need help– someone somewhere knows how you feel.

It’s okay to be weak; you are strong.

It’s okay to ask for help.

It’s okay to cry.

It’s okay to tell someone what you’re going through.

You can overcome this– the best is yet to come.

It’s okay to let people go who are toxic in your life.

It’s okay for change to happen.

It’s okay to experience anger, sadness, bitterness, etc.

It’s okay to take time for yourself.

You can find love again and you can experience JOY.

It’s okay to be okay. It’s okay to not be 100%.

But we have a God who can handle it all.

It’s okay because God is for you– the whole world is in his hands.

Even though you’re broken, Jesus was too, but he gave His life to make us whole.

Brokenness is the pathway to abundant life in Him.
