I’m leaving now. If you’re reading this, you have found my last message before leaving US soil for 11 months.
Not to be dramatic or anything…
But if I could have one last message, this is what I would say.
I want you know that I loved my time. The past few years have been an amazing series of testing and triumphant moments – all of which have brought me to THIS VERY MOMENT. And that’s beautiful.
I want you to know that your journey is important. That you are important. And chances are that if you and I encountered one another, you had an impact on me. Thank you for your imprint.
If you’re reading this, you may be wondering what journey I am embarking upon.
The World Race – in two words – is “total self-abandonment”.
Abandonment can be found in many religions as a pathway to God. As a Daughter of God, and joint-heir to the kingdom of God, I am already with God. He is with me and his kingdom is now, among us. Abandonment here, on the World Race, is more of a pathway to loving others and bringing that Kingdom to places that may not experience the unconditional love of Jesus any other way. The 10/40 window is particularly absent of any knowledge of this Jesus we know and love.
My “message” is getting long… I’ll have to scroll it up real tight to fit it in this bottle.
Let me just finish by saying this:
I firmly believe that if you have found something of value, you should share it. Tap into that Source and pour out your findings. Let your actions, thoughts, words, and preferences reflect your belief system.
And last but not least, find a source of joy that gives back to your surroundings.
