España. Home to El Camino de Santiago, a trek that takes you through the rivers and mountains of Spain for people in search of self, solitude, or simply enjoyment of the beautiful Spanish countryside.

My team and I hiked over 150 miles from León to Santiago over the course of 13 days. Whether rain or shine, we hiked through corn fields, green pastures, and steep mountains while acquiring some blisters along the way. I love hiking back home, but this took hiking to a whole new level. It wasn’t easy, but I’m thankful that God sustained me through it all. As we met people along the road from all over the world, we engaged in conversations and shared our testimonies. I met folks from the Netherlands, Slovakia, Siberia, Australia, and Florida, just to name a few. Each person had a unique story of why they were on this journey, and my video below captures a couple of those stories. Check it out!

I can hardly believe that we are already saying goodbye to our tenth month as we head to our last country, Morocco. Please pray for opportunities for spiritual conversations with the predominantly Muslim population. As always, thank you for your prayers as they strengthen me and enable people to hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

Funny side story: I met a young man from the States at one of the hostels we stayed at, and he was shocked that I spoke fluent English. Needless to say, he should pay a visit to Los Angeles or San Francisco soon!
