Being still.
It is not sitting idly.
It is not a search for stillness.
It is a life without security, but having no fear.
It is being surrounded by calamity, enemies, and temptation, but having no doubt that the Lord will fight for you.
Being still is knowing that God is good in every circumstance, that he is a promise keeper.
It is giving thanks in every moment for every moment.
Being still.
It is wanting nothing more but to be in the presence of the king.
It is being loved as a bride is loved by her groom on the day they say “i do” and each day after too.
It is delighting & being delighted in.
To be still— It is to lack everything and yet be wanting for nothing.
Because what more could you want than to be before the love of your life and to be called perfection?
To be fully seen, totally known, yet still completely desired?
To be still is to be loved in a way that brings freedom, it’s a holy assurance that the Lord is with you.
That he goes before you and behind you all the days of your life.
That he commands each breath you take.
When you are still you are in the safest place of all, in the arms of the Father.
As the Lord is teaching me so much in this season, i want to invite you all to enter into this with me. I still need $3000 to be fully funded and able to stay on the race for the full 9 months.
