Well, as most of you know I am so excited for September to get here. I’m so excited to travel with new friends to different countries to share the love of Jesus that this world so desperately needs. Before I can get to the point of leaving, there is a lot of work to be done. Yes, I have to get various supplies and worry about their size, weight, and durability. The big thing to get accomplished before I leave is the amount of money required for me to leave. To be able to go on this trip, I need $15,800. Yes, this is a lot of money but I have full faith that God will provide. Many have asked how they can help support me and there are a few ways you can be apart of that.
1. Prayers!!
Prayer is SO important and vital in every aspect of this mission trip. From months of asking God if this is what he has called me to, to praying for my anxious heart, to preparations, my team, the people we will meet, and the work we will do; none of this would be possible without the power of prayer. Specific things to pray for are preparing for the trip, my team, and how God is going to work through us.
2. Donations
Some have already donated, and I am beyond grateful for that. Every dollar counts, so if you are interested in this go to my blog home page. There you will see an orange donate button and there it will guide you on how to donate.
3. T shirts!
The first order of t shirts has already ended, but I will be doing another one sometime before I leave for my trip. This is a great way to be reminded to pray for my team and I as we serve.
4. Subscribe to my blog!
This blog is where I will be updating throughout this whole journey. This is a great way to keep track of where I am, what I’m doing, and most importantly how God is working.
