who i am

Many times throughout debrief, God asked me to ask Him who I am. So I did. This is what He said.

 

“Annika you’re a sequoia tree”

These trees have a thick skin

And are always growing.

They’re protected.

 

“Annika you are secure”

In your values.

Your dreams and passions

And in what He has for your future.

 

“Annika you are pure”

In mind and in heart.

You are restored

And are made new.

 

“Annika you are my child”

Be a student

And love learning,

About me, about yourself,

And about those all around.
