9/1/18 was your last yoga class at Nooma, for this year at least. The day before you were an emotional wreck. This particular morning though you realized something. Mrs Jenny instructed Breathe and Heal and she talked about feeling sad and overwhelmed, to acknowledge where you are and what you’re feeling, AND TO LOOK UP. To fix your gaze. The Holy Spirit has pointed out lately how much you need to turn your eyes away from yourself and toward worshipping the only one that brings peace and healing. OH MY STARS is there so much to look toward. You have so much to do!

Wow look at what God has done in your life thus far! He’s saved you, raised you, filled you, healed you and so much more! These nine months are going to be trialing no doubt, but this race, these experiences are going to be something that no one can ever take away. Be present and remember that each day you have a choice in what perspective you’re going to chose to see through. You will never again see these exact same people in these specific places at these specific times. The sole reason you’re on the race is to be used by God to further His kingdom. Love people well. You are a reflection of Him and He is oh so proud of you! If you choose daily to surrender to His will and have a yes in your spirit then you can only imagine how this race will be only a fraction of what He is going to do through you in your lifetime.

What are you going to do when you are away from familiarity and you’re struggling spiritually, mentally, physically, or emotionally? You’re going to pray, fast, read. Ask God why you are going through this or feeling this way. And remember that even if He doesn’t answer, His grace is sufficient. Remember that he has always helped you overcome every struggle and He will continue. When you feel like giving up, DON’T. Rush to the Father, because He is teaching you something.
