Here’s some pictures of a few of my favorite people and memories from my time in Heidelberg…
This has been our backyard for the past month and a half in South Africa. Many memories have been made here from playing with the neighborhood kids to sitting around fires with friends from the Bible college to worshipping alongside my team.
Nike, Suzan, and Mymuna. Three of the neighborhood kids who have become my good friends. Most of my afternoons are spent playing with them in our backyard. I am going to miss them a whole lot when I leave for the Philippines.
This was one of my favorite days during my time in South Africa. Alina, Dasia, Kate and I walked up to a daycare and knocked on their door. We were invited in and we spent the next two hours playing games with them, singing songs with them, and praying with them.
My team held a kids night at the church so that parents could have a night off. We played cricket, ate ice cream, and watched a movie together.
