My name is Viktoriya Aleksandria Matveyeva and I want to make a difference! Jesus… I love Him! God has been so incredible in my life!! I believe in the trinity; God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son and our Saviour and, the Holy Spirit. I believe that Jesus Christ came to this Earth to die for us so that we may have eternal life should we choose to accept Him and follow Him! He died on the cross but 3 days later, He rose from the grave and is forever alive! Death could not hold Him down! He is the greatest Love! I believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and in the speaking of tongues! That God speaks through people today just as He did in the days before! Be it through visions, night visions, dreams, prophetic words and so forth! He still performs miracles today! He gave us the mandate to go out into the world and make disciples of all the nations and to baptize them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew ch. 28). That whoever believes in Him, when we ask in His name, we will do the works He did and even greater things than Jesus did when He was on this earth – greater things for His Name to be glorified (John ch. 14)! and greater things are yet to come!! He has given us the Holy Spirit as we live out our purpose on this Earth to guide us and comfort us until one day when we can be with Jesus forever and ever! I want to see the world come to Christ! …to find Him and come to know Him as their Saviour! That there is a Love far greater than anything! that you don’t have to be perfect to be loved because He loves us so, for the way we are when we come to Him… and when we come to Him, His Love lifts us up, makes us whole and perfection is found in Him and through Him. I can’t sit still when there are so many more out there that have yet to hear of God!! Let us climb the rooftops, the mountaintops and let us shout out for all to hear, the Name above all Names!!
I also really enjoy music and singing and playing piano, cello and violin! Currently I serve my church with an incredible worship team and play my cello! I’ve also spent a few years teaching kids in sunday school and spending time with the youth of youth group – be it mentoring or just being their friend! You will also find me taking pictures. A lot! I like to capture the beauty and creation of God in everything around us! If you’re ever hungry and need someone to talk to, come on over, I’ll bake or cook something up for you and we’ll have a blessed time! I also enjoy exploring, gardening, painting, drawing, history, long walks with a friend and watching the sun rise.
