Greetings friends,

The Lord is faithful and continues to bless me each and everyday. His mercies are new every day and it is our responsibility to make the most of the time that is set before us. I pity you if you haven’t taken time out of your day to sit and be still before the God of all creation because He has much to say to you and is waiting to hear your every praise and request in prayer.

Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, who do his just commands; seek righteousness; seek humility; perhaps you may be hidden on the day of the anger of the Lord. Zephaniah 2:3 ESV

I’m currently in Tbilisi, Georgia. I’ve been here the past 4 weeks. It is an absolute relief to be back in a country where Christianity is accepted and the church is alive and active. Throughout the year I have had the privilege to visit many different countries, experience different cultures, and also to discern different spiritual atmospheres. My friends I tell you the truth – the bible is real, the spirit of the anti-Christ is at work in the world, and you will know in your spirit if the Lord Jesus is accepted throughout the regions that you travel.

By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus, is not from God. This is the spirit of the anti-Christ, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already. 1 John 4:2,3

When I arrived here in Georgia, I spent the first week exploring the city, indulging on the delicious cuisine, and seeking opportunity to partner with the church. I will be honest with you all, I entered Georgia with a defeated spirit. I was tired and weary and burdened by the Lords work and I was failing to “come to Him for rest” as He clearly instructs us to do in Matthew 11:28. In that week, I quickly learned that over sleeping, over eating, and over exploring was not what my soul needed. I needed to rest in the presence of the Almighty and allow Him to revive my defeated spirit.

Thankfully, God is merciful, His love never fails, He never gives up on us, even when we so often give up on Him. By the first Sunday I was able to attend two different church services; one at Word of Life, another at Tbilisi International Christian Fellowship. At both services I was able to meet many new friends/connections/brothers&sisters and I was also able to connect with a small Nigerian fellowship that allowed me to join them for some leadership training the following week. God blessed me through all of it.

I spent a lot of time connecting with the church and ministering on the streets. Eventually I ended up at a International Baptist fellowship where I am currently situated and writing this blog. Upon arrival they immediately welcomed me with a place to stay and insisted that I remain with them for the next two years, partnering with them and the Lords work here in Georgia. An interesting proposal but I have not yet committed to such an idea.

Nonetheless, they have blessed me with a great community, a place to wash and stay, and many opportunities to serve and minister to the people of Georgia. These past three weeks I have spent much of my time reflecting on Gods work in and through me, and contemplating how I will take what I have learned and moved forward. One thing that I am certain of, is that I need to take what He has taught me and share it with the world as often as He wills.

What I tell you ithe dark, say ithe light, and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. Matthew 10:27.

Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more. Luke 12:48

I haven’t decided how much longer I will be staying in Georgia, I am open to what the Lord has for me but I don’t think it will be much longer. Until I make a decision/commitment, I will continue to serve through my every word & deed, ministering to my brothers&sisters, proclaiming Christ on the streets, or simply dwelling in His holy Presence and allowing the King of Heaven to minister to me.

Thank you all for tuning in. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for your support. It is much needed and much appreciated.

Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5:23
