Hello friends,
The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Let us rejoice in the good news and enjoy the opportunity to meet the Living God while He is available to us.
Yesterday I arrived in Tbilisi Georgia after 2 days of hitch hiking from Baku. I am currently in a hostel and debriefing the past days events and planning my next steps.
In Baku, I spent the first 10 days in a hostel and ministered to travellers there. After 10 days I was welcomed into a home of fellow believers and was grateful to have them take care of me. God is good and faithful and I love His church!
During my time in Baku I was able to connect with numerous churches/believers and encourage them to walk out Gods call for their lives. I spent a lot of time ministering on the streets and attending church services. I got to witness 4 people receive Jesus and connect them to the local church where they will be equipped with community and scripture.
During my time in Azerbaijan, God was beginning to place new dreams and visions before me. I am currently in Georgia and im trying to discern if the Lord wants me to invest more time in this region. In Azerbaijan I was granted a 1 month tourist visa. Upon arrival in Georgia, I have the luxury to stay as long as 1 year! This allows me to invest a lot of time and energy into this country if the Lord wills it.
This week I will be spending time in prayer to discern Gods will for me here. I will be connecting with the church in Tbilisi to see how I can serve in this country and what it would look like to stay here longer term. I will be updating you on my progress.
