Well, it’s about that time where this dream is actually becoming a reality. It’s hard to believe that just over 5 months ago, I didn’t even know what the world race was or think I would actually be on a plane for Atlanta with the intentions of traveling the world for such a great cause. I honestly didn’t think I would be in route to spread love, joy, and hope to people around the world. Four different continents, 11+ countries, and with people from all over the states. All of us with the same goal of being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Is this reality?

Can this actually be happening?

What am I in for?

It’s funny that I have all these questions and they are all being answered within the right timing. Going into this I had my doubts, I’ve pushed past my fears, and I’ve even been beyond blessed. I’ve gotten though all the tough “See ya laters,” the continuous thoughts of forgetting something. I’ve repacked at least 12 times to make sure I’m well equipped. NOW, it is reality, this IS actually happening, and I’m in for the greatest year of my life.

Turning 30 at the start of this journey is going to be an incredible start to the next decade. A physically/emotionally tough year, a new experience, and a year full of struggles and immense growth. Hard goodbyes, tears, smiles, joy, love, pain, and a year filled with Jesus. Hang on while you get to be apart of this journey with me; through photos, blogs, stories, and a lot prayer. It’s going to be life changing for more than just me. Buckle up cause it’s go time!!

Update: I am nearly to my next financial deadline of $13,000 dollars, and getting ever so close to my full amount of $18,071. Please share this with friends, family, and anyone you can. If 55 people donate a one time donation of $100 or 110 people can donate $55 I will be fully funded. Thanks to everyone who have donated and supported me this far. Please help spread the word so many more people can be reached and we can spread the word of God and his love!

“The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”

John 10:18 NIV
