Myanmar’s bathroom excursions ranged from exquisite to barbaric. Read on for more!

This bathroom was featured in a bouje hotel we had high tea at to celebrate being done with training, and to help Chloe celebrate the royal wedding. It was accommodating in every way, from the western toilets to this beautiful sink area that came equipped with soap, eucalyptus lotion, and even towels to dry your hands (that’s a rarety)!

This particular relief station was due to the fact that our 24 hour bus ride got delayed on this here side of the mountain because of a flat tire. I sat on the edge and took in this breathtaking view, and of course, peed down the side of it. One of the highlights of my life, I think.

This toilet reminded me of an outhouse that used to be at my grandparents’, but the unique thing about this guy is that you never knew what type of spider you’d come across hanging from the ceiling. I think I’ve officially seen every Asian kind.
