Hey everyone! My name is Skyler Lowman and I am 18 years old from Virginia Beach! I am almost finished with my senior year in high school!! I am in the IB program so unlike all of my other classmates, I will not be attending college next year and will instead be going on the World Race!!!!
I absolutely love the beach, I’m obsessed with music (love the Grateful Dead, SOJA, and everything in between), and I’m in love with traveling! I’m a major health freak (paleo) and obsessed with working out! I’m extremely passionate about helping the Earth, elephants, and orphans and am excited for what God has planned for me!
I have one of the most loving and supportive families ever! I have one older sister, one quirky puppy, and two amazing parents! My sister, Mariah, has been my travel buddy for as long as I can remember and, together, we have been to 31 countries; so this will be my first time ever traveling without her <3! My parents both have hearts of gold and adventurous souls and have instilled the desire to make a difference within me!
I am so, SO excited for this opportunity God has given me to serve Him, follow my dreams, and travel the world next year! Thank you for all of your prayers and support and I hope you continue to follow my blog throughout this journey!
