It’s been a while since I’ve last blogged and so much has happened since then. Life has been crazy. So here’s some things to catch you up since my last blog-

We celebrated Christmas and New Years in Thailand. The holiday season was hard being across the world from my family but luckily everyone else was experiencing the same thing so we all did our best to make it feel as much like home as possible.

I became fully funded!!!! Thanks to so many of my friends, family, and anonymous donors, I was able to raise over $3,000 in a week to meet my final deadline. God is so good.

On January 6th, we left Thailand and took a couple busses across the border to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

We stayed in a hostel in Siem Reap for a week for Debrief where we reflected on our first 4.5 months on the Race and talked about the future 4.5 months. It was HOT.

We reached our halfway point! It’s scary to think that now we have more days behind us on the Race than before us. Time is flying by.

We moved to our ministry location in Battambang, Cambodia and began our ministry of teaching English at a small Christian school, New Hope School.

A lot of sickness is being passed around so everyone is doing their best at fighting off illness.

And now, we are beginning our second month in Cambodia and currently it’s cooling down which is a relief.

That is not nearly close to everything that has happened since my last blog, but it hits the major points. I am trying to be here and present for my last 4 months on the Race, because it is going so fast. Before I know it, I’ll be back in Pennsylvania with my family but wishing to be back across the world. So right now, I’m trying to take each day as a blessing and make sure to be HERE and NOW, not picturing life when I get back home or wishing to be somewhere else.

Another blog is coming soon!
