What is squad debrief??? A question everyone asked before debrief even happened. We had no idea, besides it was the opportunity for the whole squad to be together before the next month of ministry.
Here is what debrief is….
A time of reflection and relaxation. There was a lot of free time and I mean a lot. But it was good free time. We had time to process our whole month. Time to rejuvenate. Relax. Dive further into His Word.
A time our squad mentors and coaches flew out to country to pour knowledge into us. To be ears to listen. People to talk to.
A time to form deeper relationships with my squad.
