These three countries are very similar in customs and culture though over 1,000 languages are spoken in India alone.

 Mountains to us are hills to them. Somehow I ended up in the middle of the mountains for all three countries and they were breathtakingly gorgeous as we trekked daily.

Honking is a form of communication amongst various vehicles and modes of transportation. Constant noise is a real thing…

Do not use your left hand for greeting or eating.

Due to national religious beliefs, say goodbye to meat. 

Once again hospitality is an art form.

People actually want to help other people, especially us as foreigners, and always seem to know someone who knows someone who can help if they can’t. 

Over land travel takes longer than you think…

The hodge podge of vehicles, animals, and people is diversity at its finest. 

There is always room for one more person in a tuk tuk. 

Even though we may have different religious beliefs, we can still be friends.
