These past four days I spent in a village in an area called Chitwan. It’s about a thirteen hour bus ride from Kathmandu. We stayed in a building that creaked with each step, had bats flying over head in the evening and some mice in the walls. It was awesome. We would hike from our place of stay to neighboring villages to minister and share the good news of Jesus. Most of the people there are considered unreached. My team had the amazing honor of being the first world race team to enter this area. The local pastor there took us about a two and a half hour hike into the jungle to a small village consisting of only four families from what I could see. We walked across several small rivers and up and down mountain sides. It was really cool to do. While on that adventure ministering, I had the honor of doing the salvation prayer with three young nepalese men. This little four day trip has been by far the coolest experience I’ve ever had. On our last full day there we hiked to the top of one of the near-by mountains and at the top was a pillar. This little pillar was the marker for the Nepali and Indian boarder. On the Nepali side the skies were clear and you could see to the mountains on the other side. On the Indian side it was all pollution. You could not see down the mountain. We hung out up there for only twenty or so minutes praying for the village and the area of India before heading down. So I now get to say that this Mexican got to boarder hop! (Sorry Mom).

I’m so excited for what’s about to happen. I can’t wait to share it with you guys.
