I left my job.

I left the states as a landscaper to travel the world and minister to the people I come across. I left the job of physical labor to help others in anything they need.
I left my occupation of turning a lawn into a piece of art.
I left my job in the states to do it in India.
When I first arrived at our ministry location, We learned about the surrounding area and the different ministries we would be apart of. And then they had us get into our teams and they assigned us our area for the month. And low and behold my team and I were given landscaping and construction at the church building I am staying at. So everyone else is going out into town and already experiencing some amazing things. Meanwhile my team and I don’t get to leave the property and build things for the church. It was a little difficult at first and I thought ironic. But it’s cool to know that right off the bat of this journey I can put my full talents into something cool. And the work I’ll be doing will be appreciated by multiple people over the course of the next year.
So I left my job with equipment and powertools to come to India and put those skills to use with a sickle and a shovel. And I couldn’t be any happier.
