Hello Everyone! I’m excited to share my BIG news with you. We serve a Big God who does big things through us; if we allow Him to. Recently I took my first mission trip (pictures below). I fell in love with the mission field and of course the people I was with. I began to see how God used me and through that He changed my heart. He changed my heart from not wanting anything to do with ministry to feeling the calling to do international ministry. I felt God really pulling at my heart to do missions so I began to pray and ask God… Where? When? Here I am Lord, use me, and send me!! He most certainly answered.
HERE COMES MY BIG NEWS … I’m leaving the country for nine months come September. I was accepted into the World Race Gap Year program. I will be going to Colombia, Ecuador, Albania, Cambodia and Thailand during these nine months.
Romans 8:37-39 tells us, “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who love us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
The Lord’s love for us is not conditional, it’s unwavering, and unchangeable. No matter what happened in the past, what’s currently happening, or what happens in the future; the Lord’s love for us is unconditional. There are people all over this world who don’t even know the name Jesus let alone that His love is an unconditional love. Therefore, I’m leaving to let my light shine in some dark areas. Please begin to join me in prayer as I am beginning to prepare to leave in September.
