Hey friends and family!
I know, I know some of you probably read the title of this blog and you thought either one of two things: she’s still asking for money or she’s asking me for more money?! WHAT THE HECK. Whelp – indeed I am. The cry for help is real. The plea for fundraising support is serious.
But, back to a more serious note. I’m currently at $10,136- $2,864 short of my next September 30th deadline. I’m about 56% of the way to being fully funded. I know I still have a long way to go to reach my final goal of $18,100 but I’m over half way there!!
And that is thanks to people like YOU. Those of you reading this blog post, those of you who are invested in me and this journey, those of you who already support me financially and spiritually. Y’all are absolutely amazing and I can not say thank you enough. You’re the reason I’m out in the mission field right now serving God and countless others around the world. Here’s my challenge for you: share this with your churches, with your friends and family, with your co-workers, etc. Help me get the word out to as many people as possible! I’ve never been a math person, but I think it’s safe to say that the more people who know about my need for financial support, equals a better chance at receiving more donations.
Lastly, if you feel it in your heart, I’ll even go as bold to ask you for another donation. If you know me, you know I struggle with asking others for help. In regards to asking for financial support, it’s difficult for me to humble myself to others and ask them for their support. But I believe this is all part of God’s plan for me in calling me out to Be Bold . So I’m doing just that, asking for your help! Every little bit helps! For example, if every one of my friends on Facebook donated just $10, I would be fully funded. How amazing is that?? Fundraising was a difficult task for me in the states and God is really testing me with this whole fundraising out of the country thing and I’m really stepping out in my faith with this one.
