Unfortunately my e-mail has been acting up, so this is a letter I wrote a day after Thanksgiving!!
Friends and Family!!
Happy Thanksgiving!! I meant to send this out to you yesterday, but wifi on the race is unpredictable!
This past month we were in Nicaragua and were able to enjoy an amazing Thanksgiving feast on Wednesday before traveling 13hrs between Nicaragua and Honduras yesterday! I definitely missed spending it with family, but it was the next best way to celebrate and reflect on all that I have to be thankful for!
I just wanted to take the time and thank each and everyone of you for the impact you’ve made on my life. Your prayers and encouragement this past year have been absolutely vital and have helped me persevere all the way to the end of this 11 month journey (well about a week away)!
Thank you to all those who financially helped make this trip possible! Without you, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to experience all that I have! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
These last couple days will be spent hanging out with a month 2 and 4 squad (wow it’s crazy to think that I was there several months ago), and celebrating the completion of this amazing journey with my squad!
Again, thank you so much for everything! I am extremely grateful to have you all in my life!
