Dear Anonymous Donor,

Thank you very much for generously donating towards my trip. Although I don’t know who you are, I do know something about you. You are humble, which is a very admirable characteristic. Your pride and joy doesn’t come from affirmation from others, instead you already know where your true identity lies. At training for the Race, they encouraged us to find people who have attributes we admire and desire, and spend time with them. I am so grateful to have friends and family with these amazing characteristics to live life with!

Always,
Kelly

Dear Generous Christmas Donor,

On Christmas day, when most people think about receiving, you decided to give. Thank you for your generous gift, and thank you for the reminder of the true reason of Christmas. Christ gave Himself on Christmas day. He came in the form of a baby to give life to you, me, and whoever else is reading this! I am extremely grateful to know someone like you, and I hope we can hangout sometime before I leave! PS. The above letter is for you as well 🙂

Always,
Kelly
