This past week my new squad, W SQUAD, has been tenting in Gainesville GA the past ten days for training camp for the world race! Training camp is full of sessions and worship and dancing and crying and Holy Spirit MOVING. It’s incredible.
I’ve only been with this squad of 30 people for 10 days and they already feel like family. I have 30 new brothers and sisters. I’ve seen them walk through some pain and let the Lord shine light on it. I’ve seen them walk through some humility. I’ve seen them step into authority and freedom. I’ve seen them praise God with everything they have. I’ve seen them witness a new side of Gods character. I’ve seen them come together to serve one another. I’ve seen them pray for each other and encourage one another. I’ve seen them laugh from deep down in their soul. I’ve seen them cry from deep down in their soul. I’ve seen them judge themselves and I’ve seen them see themselves through the fathers eyes. I’ve seen Jesus this past ten days ladies and gentlemen. I cannot WAIT to see Jesus through my brothers and sisters even more the 4 months i get to travel with them and love with them. I cannot wait to learn from them. I cannot wait to impart things to them. I cannot wait to hear each of their stories and create new pieces of their stories with them. I cannot wait to do life with these beautiful images of God.
This is my squad. This is the church. This is Jesus.
