Our time in the Philippines was such a busy month for us. We did construction. We worked at a pregnancy clinic that provides free healthcare to moms who cannot afford it. We worked at a children’s home/orphanage. We worked at a school. We cooked. We did feedings and bible studies in the poorest slum areas of Manila. We did swim time with the community kids. We jumped off of a waterfall. We laughed until we cried. We gained our chaco tan lines. We loved deeply. We danced. We worshipped. AND some of us even watched a new life enter into this world by helping assist with a birth. We had a BEAUTIFUL and LIFE GIVING month in the Philippines. We were so sad to leave, and I even shed a few tears. BUT I am so grateful to have met the people I did. I am learning that it is a beautiful treasure to get the opportunity to know people that making saying goodbye so hard.

Here is a video that I pray paints a pretty full picture of our month. Sorry on the delay, it was A LOT of footage to go through. Enjoy! 🙂
