My squad and I have now arrived in our final country. Month 11 is here! I’ll be honest in saying some days I feel like it has been years since I’ve been home, and I am pretty warn out. Other times I feel like this trip just started yesterday, and I cannot believe that the end is less than a month away.

Prayers for endurance and safety in these last few week for me and my squad are much appreciated. I would also ask for prayers that God would move here in Morocco, open hearts, and create cool opportunities to share the gospel.

Below is a poem I wrote in month four during my time in India. If you don’t know I have made the decision to go back out onto the field in January as an alumni leader for the World Race.

What does this look like you ask? Click here to find out..  I will need to fundraise $3,500 to make this happen, please prayerfully consider partnering with me in this next season.

My Plans

You know what the say, Oh God,

About the best laid plans of mice & men.

What are my plans if they do not align?

What are my dreams if not Your desires?

The planner in me wants freedom in You.

The chain breaker in You has great plans for me.

Bring my fleshly desires in line with Your Spirit.

Jesus, guide me along right paths and open doors.

I pray for a Spirit of peace as I search.

Remind me that all my desires are not selfish.

Remind me that my talents are given by You.

Remind me that self-growth comes in the uncomfortable,

But that Kingdom growth can take place anywhere.

Jesus, where would you have me go for You?

Take my flesh and give me more,

Take my plans and give me Yours.
