Tonight, Jesus showed me this sunset.
My Father knows how much I love sunsets simply because they’re so beautiful and illuminating and eye catching. I ran outside to capture this moment with my phone and as I stood there I felt His presence. It wasn’t startling or overwhelming, but warm and peaceful. It was as if my Papa was standing there right next to me, just being present and observing His creation with me. We stood in silence–just the two of us, appreciating the orange and pink and gold and purple hues.
I heard His voice– not by my ear but felt each spoken word in my heart. Jesus, my Heavenly Father, spoke to me and told me He sees His daughter letting His love and light shine from within her. And she is and will always be a more stunning and more glorious creation than any gorgeous sunset could compare to!
What a clear light His truth shines on my life! My eyes and soul are more blessed today from those 5 intimate minutes spent with Jesus!
