This Page will give you just an introduction to all of my fundraisers. I will give you a brief overview and provide links to each of them so that you don’t have to go searching. There are so many cool opportunities for everyone to be a part of this ministry and I don’t want you to miss out on them!
Support Meetings
Let me come talk to you or your church! The Lord is working some big things in my life. It is hard for me to really put it all in a blog. I want to show you what I am passionate about and what the Lord has call me to! If you want to learn more about the Race itself, the countries I will be going to, the ministries I will be working with, or the History of Adventures in Missions, let me know! You can contact me through my blog, phone, email, or even Facebook! We can sit down, catch up, and I can show you how God can use you as a missionary supporter through prayer, a one time gift, or monthly support.
On this page, you will find a picture of my grid! You can pick a number that means something special to you (the year you were born, an anniversary, a sports number, etc.) and then donate the number on that box! Message me with the box that you chose, and I will mark it off. Once the grid is full, I will have reached $5,000! I will post updated pictures of the grid here and on social medias.
Sponsor a Country
I LOVE THIS ONE! I am going to 11 (maybe 12) countries. Many of you have been to some, have family from others, or have always found them interesting. This is a way for you to be involved in something a little more personal. By sponsoring a country, you are committing to a $50 a month at least donation (through January). You can pick one of the 12 countries and I will send you specific prayer request and facts about the nation. When I get there, you will get a handwritten note from me about the ministry for that month as well as a postcard or some small trinket from the area! (This donation can go directly through my blog, just add a note about the country and make sure to select monthly giving with an end date of Jan 31,2018)
Change for Change
This is a fun way to show that God takes what we think is “leftover” and makes it into an abundance. I have 11 jars; one for each of my countries. Each jar is tagged with the country name, a few of the possible ministries in the country and a prayer request. If you would like to pick a country, message me and I will meet to give you the jar. From that point, you just drop your change in! Whenever you do, stop and pray for the country and the ministry that will be done there. When the jar is full, send me another message and I will come pick it up! Then I can take all the change you collected and put it straight into my fund! If you would like to keep the jar for a second round you may do so, but if not I will redistribute it! The more people praying in advance, the better. Currently all my jars are claimed! But if you would like to have a jar, let me know and I’ll message you when one is returned!
