Hi, I’m Elijah Higgins, I’m 18 and I live in New Hope, Minnesota. I play the bass guitar and do a karate class at my church every other Monday. I just graduated PSEO, (Post Secondary Education Option), at Anoka Ramsey Community College. I have been home-schooled from the day I was born and have been going to the same church for the same amount of time. I go to Evergreen Church in New Hope and I am a small group leader in my youth group there. I love playing on my Xbox One and going camping with my friends and family.
I heard about the World Race from my friend Kyle Petersen who recently returned from a gap year trip. I was called to the race through a friend of mine at youth group and Kyle’s parents who encouraged anyone who was thinking about missions to do the World Race.
I think that this blog thing is going to be difficult for me, so if you could pray for me that would be great.
I am super excited to do the World Race and to see what God has in store for me.
