Today we went to visit the hospital our missionary host, Sherri, used to work at. We met another wonderful team of doctors and nurses! We got to see two sets of twins that were just born! This is a joy to see because twins used to be killed when they were born in this region. The video will explain more about that that.
We asked the doctors and nurses what we could be praying for. Here are some Prayer requests!
-that they will be able to deliver bad news with grace and comfort
-financial situation. The staff so willingly give of themsel so they can care of the less fortunate. If someone can’t afford to stay, or buy their medication, many times the doctors will cover it out of their own pockets.
-funds come in so they can continue to upgrade their hospital!
-american doctors and nurses to join their team. This hospital was founded and run by mostly Americans In the 60s. But the war came a few years ago and much of the team had to evaccuate.
-health of the staff as they come across many sicknesses and diseases.
