Today is the day we travel to Central America. Today is also the day that we found out we aren’t going to the country we were intending to travel to.

Because of the political unrest in Nicaragua, our squad is unable to go. So our travel plans are being changed as we travel. Talk about SWERVE. As of now, our squad will be flying to Panama and doing ministry there.

We have spent the last 5 days in Kuala Lumpur at a debrief. This debrief has felt different than the past ones. We have been able to focus our minds on finishing this race strong. We prayed against apathy. We prayed against complacency. And we prayed for the big things. We prayed that the Lord would give us a new heart for the race. We prayed that we would be given the authority to change lives. We believe that we are the answered prayer to Luke 10:2 when Jesus says, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” Debrief was a time of reminding ourselves that we have a harvest to labor over. So that is what we intend to do.

We believe that the Lord completely designed us to go to Panama this month. He worked things around so that we would be there to do Kingdom work in that country, and that is what B-Squad plans on doing.

We may not know what the rest of our race looks like, but we have so much peace knowing The One who is calling all the shots.
