Team Time

Simply put team time is intentional time together.  We strive to create space 5-7 times a week to make time to “be” together. It is less about the activity, and more about the people. This month, team time has looked like, vision casting, sharing meals, worship, prayer, bible study, teachings on the enneagram and 5 love languages, and sharing testimonies.

Tori lead a worship time through song. We listened to Lean Back, by Capital City Music and journaled impressions.

Abigail and Sarah taught us about the Enneagram and Identity.

Sometimes life gets busy and although we’re all living together, we don’t really know where everyone is at, so we’ve started to do “check-ins”. We each share where we are at on a physical, spiritual, and emotional level or sometimes we share High (best moment of the day) low (lowest moment of the day), and buffalo (random story from the day).

Feedback

Feedback is specific space set aside to share encouraging or constructive information to point one another to Christ.  A format that we sometimes use is: Observation, example, and call to higher living.

-Example: “You are someone who sees the gold in people and calls it out. I love that about you, you are so encouraging. Yesterday, I observed something out of character for you. I heard you speaking poorly of another member on the team. I want to encourage you to use your words to build others up, and to confront others directly in a way that is loving and truthful.

Much love!
