My squad and I had the privilege of helping an aid organization here in Paris prepare, and welcome refugees from Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, and Eritrea to a new center in Paris. We spent the night in the new facility (a converted sports university) and then welcomed the refugees as they arrived this morning.  Preparation involved cutting, numbering, laminating, organizing, counting, and unwrapping all kinds of things. This camp is now filled with people who are searching for hope and entering a new stage of their journey. Below are photos of the the prep and welcome!

Food Preparation

Welcoming the refugees!

Serving Lunch: sandwiches and hot drinks!

I’m so thankful that my team and I were able to be a part of this.  This center allowed over 500 refugees to get off the streets. They are one step closer to living a more normal life while they wait to be processed and moved to different housing throughout France.

As a reminder, I am fully funded and not in need of financial support. If you would like to support me I ask that you would partner with me in prayer.
