Hey friends!

I told you I was pretty bad at keeping a blog up. 🙂

It’s the middle of September and time is flying by! I just found out my launch date could be January 12, which makes it all the more real. Slightly freaking out now – having a date attached to my calendar makes me realize this trip is happening.

Pray for peace as I prepare.

I’m trying to find gap insurance for the two months in between my 26th birthday and my launch.

Pray for affordability, health, and protection.

Last week I worked 82 hours at a consignment sale and raised $1,479 by consigning adult clothing.

Praise the Lord for His faithfulness!

Last night ended the first campaign for my first batch of t-shirts. We raised $656 by selling 56 shirts. (You can still purchase these here: https://www.bonfire.com/go-forth-support-cassies-world-race/)

Praise the Lord for his providence!

Today I’m beginning the sale for my second batch of t-shirts. You can purchase one here: https://www.bonfire.com/cassies-peach-go-forth-t-shirts/

Pray for action, willingness to give, open hearts

I head to training camp on October 18 for ten days. I’m nervous. I’m scared. I don’t know what to expect.

Pray for nerves, pray I find my supplies, pray for relationships that will form, pray for unity as a team, pray for protection over us (spiritual and physical), pray for the stories that will unfold

As of today, I’ve raised close to $7,500. PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE! I’m almost halfway there!

Pray for support and the willingness to give, the conversations to be had, and the people that get to hear about Jesus through this.

I have been overcome with gratitude for you that have been willing to support me.

Thank you.

Thank you for taking a leap with your finances and prayers.

Thank you for supporting me, when it feels like you can barely support yourself.

Thank you for stepping out into faith with me.

Stepping in faith is scary. It’s not clear. But it’s worth it.

I am so overcome.

I don’t have the right words, but I pray that the Lord washes over you in tenfolds what I can hardly express.

May the Lord bless you and keep you.

May He keep you.
