A few weeks ago I packed my house and watched as the city I called home for the last two years faded in my rear view mirror. It was bittersweet but also reminded me of all that’s ahead for me. I had the best years at Tech, made some incredible friends, and created memories that will last a lifetime, but now i’m ready for my new adventure and my new beginning.

As weeks pass and days end it’s getting closer and closer to the day I leave for the WR!!!!!!! The emotions I have are all over the place. In exactly a month I leave for training camp in Georgia and it will be my first taste of what this race holds for me. I know this journey will be the greatest experience and as I start to gather all the supplies and clothes I need it is becoming more real. God has really shown me that this is the path he has for me and I cannot wait to travel the world spreading his love. This is the beginning of something amazing.

Thank you SO SO SO much to everyone who has supported me this far for my trip. Your donations and prayers have been so humbling and I am grateful beyond words. I am so close to reaching my first goal of $5000 and that wouldn’t have been possible without everyone who has supported me. I can’t wait to see what God does in my life these next 3 months before I leave!!!!

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” Colossians 3:17
