Ummmm…..is a phrase that we use quite often, or at least I know I do. A lot of times when things go on in our lives, whether good or bad, we say “ummmmm ok God, what are you trying to tell me?” or “ummmm God, was that suppose to happen that way and if so why?” or we might even say “ummmm God, I think I have a better way than that.” But the fact of the matter is we don’t have a better way, we don’t need to and shouldn’t question what God has in store for us.
The minute we disobey God and try to do it ourselves is the minute things start to go wrong and we have to learn the hard way versus taking the easier path. We may begin to hurt people or may even hurt ourselves spiritually or mentally. We need to trust God and know that however crazy and weird His path may be He would never lead us down the wrong path. So to end my first blog I’m going to say “ummmm….God, I’m scared but I trust you with everything I have and own so bring on the world and the adventures!”
