Hello my dear friends & family –

All I want for Christmas…is not to go home.

What I mean is, as much as I love my family back in the states with my whole heart, I know with that same heart that I am meant to be on the World Race right now. I am so indescribably glad that I am. However, in order to keep on serving overseas, I do need your help.

I need to reach my final fundraising goal of $14,951 by  December 29th. At $12,286, I am so close to meeting my last deadline, but definitely not there yet.

I wouldn’t have been able to come this far without the help of so many generous people. God is so good, and has moved so many hearts to reach out and contribute. Your donations have made up lodging, transportation, food, and so many other essentials for me and my team. I can’t thank you enough for that, and it is because of those efforts that I find myself able write to you from the orphanage here in Zimbabwe

Every bit counts, honestly and truly. That little dollar on the end of my total goal stands as a testament of that, and I sincerely appreciate whatever way you are able to support me. Sharing my story, praying for me, and/or aiding me financially are all things that I really do need.

Also, I would like to encourage you to consider donating to my teammates as well, since they are not fully funded either. Every one of them are amazing women, and I have already grown so much from living right alongside them. So take a look at my sisters’ blogs – Victoria, Sydney R, Sydney W, Carly, and Elisabeth M – because they are also doing amazing work here to bring about the Kingdom. You best believe the A Team is spreading the love from country to country!

So thank you for continuing to follow my journey – and make it possible –

I’m heading off to Zambia tomorrow, and will likely not have wifi again for quite some time. I want to assure you all though that I have read the comments made regarding my last blog, Daughter, and each message moved me. I can’t respond to all of them at this time but they mean very much to me, and I do think of those words often. It is so reaffirming to hear from you and again, my heart is touched. What a beautiful thing this Community in Christ is, to know that I have people supporting me that I haven’t ever met, to those that I have known since I was a baby. How beautiful the blend.

Again, thank you all. Sending my love from Zimb
