Hey everyone reading Taley’s blog! My name is Emry Brandenburger and I got the honor of writing a blog about my awesome teammate Taley!!!!!!!!!!! This valentines day we did a secret valentine and I drew Taley’s name.
Taley is one of the sweetest people I know and I have loved getting to know her these past few months. I have seen so much growth in her and I can’t wait to see what happens in her life these next few months. She is someone I know I can always go to in times of need and I’m so grateful for that.
I have had the opportunity to see her get close to little kids multiple times on the race. She builds such a good relationship with them and loves them so well. She radiates Jesus’s love to these kids. She never hesitates to join in on their games, try the food they give her, or strike up a conversation with them despite language barriers. It warms my heart every time I see it. Taley also isn’t afraid to go up and pray for someone, and anytime someone feels called to do so, she’s right there praying alongside them.
But my favorite thing about Taley is how much she loves the sky. She is constantly telling us to look up at the sky and whether she knows it or not I absolutely love when she ays that. If you can’t find Taley at night its most likely because she’s out watching the sunset!
I have absolutely loved this time with my new sister and I love that her love for life has opened my eyes!!!
