Being a poor and busy college student, currently finishing up my last month as an undergraduate, I have been so anxious about raising money for my trip. Asking for money and fundraising is proven to be one of the hardest aspects of a mission trip… well for me it is. Yet, God has been teaching me that it’s a part of being a Christian. Not only that, but the generosity of others is impeccable, there is so much good in this World, and I’m learning to focus and rely on the good. That being said… I am officially over a fourth of the way to my GOAL! So I’m excited!
God is providing me with money from people I don’t even know. TO whoever you are I thank you so much for being so generous with your money and kindness! Not only from people I don’t know but from the people that have surrounded me for years, with love, joy and laughter. You are all truly a gift from God and I can’t wait to take on this trip for not only God, but for the people who are supporting me! It means the World to me, and I hope to be able to do the same in the future.
