Hello friends and family! I have some exciting and life changing news to share with all of you…God has called me to the missionary field and has asked me to trust Him with all that I know; my loved ones, my dreams, my comfort zone and let Him be in control. Honestly, at first I couldn’t fathom how He wanted me; someone who’s introverted, soft spoken, and more reserved to be His spokesperson and share His love and good news boldly to the nations. Yet He continually pursued my heart and reminded me of my identity and value in Him.
“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
-2 Corinthians 12:9.
In October 2017, I will be stepping out in faith and obedience to His will for my life, as I embark on the World Race (WR), through the organization Adventures in Missions. Since 1989, this mission organization has been sending Christians from every nationality and background all over the world, and I am blessed to partner with their WR program. Along with others, I will be traveling to 11 different countries in 11 months to spread the redeeming love and saving grace of the LORD JESUS CHRIST through a variety of mission work.
The exact route I’ll be traveling and the specific work I’ll be doing in each country is unknown at this time; however, I have been given a general overview of the mission work I’ll have the privilege of participating in for 11 months. We will be partnering with and sharing life experiences with the local people in ministries and communities by: teaching bible studies, teaching English, helping with construction projects, building relationships and playing sports with orphans, praying for people and communities, ministering to victims of human trafficking, sharing the gospel in local bars, working with refugees, and so much more!

FUNDING
The total cost of the WR mission trip is $18,017, the cost includes all food, lodging, international travel, training, MissionSafe medical insurance, debriefing and coaching.
